Galmino operates this online store using Shopify. These terms explain the conditions for using the website and purchasing products from Galmino. By placing an order, you agree to the terms made available to you before purchase, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, available options, and prices are displayed on the relevant product page. Product prices are in USD unless checkout expressly shows another currency. Shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete your purchase. Your confirmed order is not affected by later price changes.

Images illustrate the products; screen settings can affect how colors appear. Products must still match their description and meet any applicable legal requirements. Use pet grooming products according to the supplied instructions and supervise your pet during use. They are not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We will contact you if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or a material pricing or description error affects the order. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment promptly.
